I’m honoring my Irish roots planting the potatoes. This year we will have carrots ( God willing) tomatoes, bell peppers, hot peppers, courgette, squash, cucumbers, lettuce ( several kinds) sweet potatoes, herbs, and more that I can’t think of right now. We also have a pear and apple tree. Not expecting much from apples this year.

I’ll keep you posted on the progress. Right now its really dry. No rain for a couple of weeks ( which for Belgium is a drought). Hopefully this weekend we will coax some wetness out of the sky!
