I know all of you are hanging on to news on how the garden is doing. Well, end of June now, rain has been a bit sparse. The potatoes and peppers are doing well. One type of carrots are doing well, the other is hanging on for dear life. ( They got mixed up with the weeds, a bad crowd.) Our gardens are fully organic, we don’t use any weed killers or pesicides, so we rely on natural remedies or let nature take it’s course. I planted corn, but to date, only one stalk has started coming up. Sunflowers are doing well. Also planted onions. We had a nice rain cover built for the tomatoes. They seem to be thriving. We will see what happens. Animals are all happy and doing well! More to come.

And so.. the Hazy Shade of Winter Gives Way..
When the snow melts.. it reveals all of the dog shit left there in the fall. The animals spend more time outside looking for excitement.
